Re: Is RegCure Worth It?
Fellow Computer Enthusiast,
Let's get something dead straight before
we start.
I hate computer tools
. I cannot stand them.
Really, I do. And if you give me a few seconds I
will tell you why.
But first, let's start with how I got here, and
why I'm writing this...
It must have been about three weeks ago now, I
was browsing the web when I got an e-mail from a
friend raving about this new piece of software
called RegCure.
Now, my friend is actually someone whose opinion
I trust, which is the only reason I clicked on
the link in the first place. And here I am...
"But why do I hate computer tools with a manic
passion..."
Well,
let me explain. I am a graduate of
MIT, certified in over 37 computer areas, and
have worked as a senior systems manager at Cisco
for over 12 years. I would consider myself very well
informed on how computers work and just what I
need to have on my computer as far as computer
tools. In short, I know what I am doing.
But, I have never been a big fan of computer
tools such as this - for me, having a computer
software that can do something I already knew
how to do seemed to strike a chord with me.
Surely there was nothing out there that could do
a better job than what I could do with over 17
years of computer background and expertise.
I was
completely wrong...
When I arrived at the RegCure website, I was
quite impressed with the layout. It didn't
look like a fly-by-night site that I would have
expected from my friend. I was impressed
with the sales copy, and even more impressed by
a lot of the features RegCure had to offer.
There were just too many advantages of owning
this software that outweighed my personal
knowledge.
But, again, I have to be honest with you...,
At this point, I still thought to myself,
"nice copy, lots of features, this seems like it
will work well... but yet again, it just isn't
going to be too practical for an expert like
myself... so forget it".
And that was that; I left the site... but a few
days later my friend e-mailed me, letting me
know he had used RegCure to run some registry
scan on old laptops he had at his business.
He was amazed at how much junk it cleaned off
the laptops that popular antivirus and spyware
removal software didn't pick up. I could
sense his excitement when he was overwhelmed by
how Windows was booting up in 2 minutes compared
to 6+ minutes before.
So, I decided I didn't have anything to lose.
$29 isn't much of a risk, and I knew I could get
a refund when I saw how inferior it was to my
skills. Once I downloaded and ran the 2
minute scan, I was amazed at what I saw.
Surely this inferior program
couldn't have removed this many errors on my
computer. As a side note: I always had
been having a boot error upon loading Windows,
and I couldn't quite nip it in the bud....until
I ran RegCure... I was amazed to say the least.
Money really wasn't a problem
for me at the time, like I said, $29 wasn't much
of a risk. However, one of the things I
really liked about RegCure was the free download
they offered. Nothing is better than a
company giving you a free demo of their product.
The free demo had all the regular features of
the full version, but come the final "clean up"
screen, it required a valid license. No
problem, though, as I had already purchased.
I was well on my way to computer cleanliness.
Being a computer expert for
so many years has made me take for granted my
own knowledge. Sure, I could probably do
what RegCure does, and have saved $29, but the
truth is...it would take me, an expert, over
a week to explore Windows
Registry to remove useless junk. RegCure
accomplishes the same feat faster in the same
time it takes to make a hot pocket...or about 2
minutes. I was amazed at how much this
program packed.
It's the last time I'll second guess my
friend again...RegCure is amazing
I know you're probably
thinking just like I was. What good will
this tool do me. Why do I have to have
RegCure and not at least explore alternatives.
It's really a no brainer and I didn't really
notice it until I did my own research.
After exploring all the alternatives and reading
their reviews, it was pretty simple - RegCure
was the choice.
If you're thinking that
there's no way you're going to spend $29 on a
piece of software like this, consider what it
would cost to take your computer to a
"professional" pc repair shop. Shops like
those will run the same software to fix the
same errors and charge way more
than $29. I do not want you to buy this
product because I think it's good. I want
you to go out and try all the others first, and
then when you find out, like I did, that they
all are horrible, come back here and give
RegCure a try. I guarantee you will love
it, and I guarantee if you don't, you can have
your money back.
The biggest advantage I
noticed with RegCure, besides the sneaky error
it removed, was that my computer was running
increasingly faster. I read on the
manufacturer's site that a 300% increase in
speed was normal. I thought to myself,
surely with as expensive as a computer I have,
there's no way it can get any faster.
Again, I was fooled by my own expertise.
Here's a table comparing how
fast my computer was before RegCure, and how
much difference it made after I ran just the
first scan:
| Windows Boot
Time Before Scan |
3 Minutes 27
Seconds |
| Windows Boot
Time After Scan |
1 Minute 48
Seconds |
| Number Of
Errors Before Scan |
717 |
| Number Of
Errors After Scan |
0 |
...And that's just the
basics. There's so much more you can
notice once you've run your first scan that
cannot be explained in words. There's
nothing more to do then to go to the next page
and download your free trial. Who knows
how much useless stuff is crowding Windows
Registry and slowing your computer down.
So if you're ready to use the tools the
experts use, give RegCure a try...
